Fourth Month

Nixon has learned so much during this month of his life. He started rolling over from his back to his stomach on January 8th and he has also discovered his new favorite toy, his toes. I love it how much his cute little feet entertain him. He also had his first ear infection. It was so sad but even with being sick he was a happy baby.
He also got to meet Santa and didn't even cry, even though he was a creepy Santa.
He loves to roll over but hates to be on his tummy, we are going to have to work on rolling back onto his back.
At his four month appointment I was told he was long, skinny with a big head. I didn't really listen to how much he weighed or how long he was because last time they gave me a card with his measurements on it but not this time darn-it. I think he was around 13.5 lbs and 24.5 inches long.
He is still such a happy baby, and we look forward to seeing just how much he learns this next month.

Nixon's first Christmas

Even though Nixon had no clue what Christmas was, this years Christmas was so much more fun then ones in the past because of Nixon.

Santa got Nixon a Johnny Jump Up for Christmas. Since he was such a good boy ( or because we were too excited to wait ) Nixon got to open his Johnny Jump Up the Thursday before Christmas.

He loved it.

Nixon played baby Jesus in the cousin production for the Nativity.

Grandma and Grandpa Olsen got Nixon an awesome rocking catapillar. He loves to suck on it.
Nixon with all his Olsen cousins
He was such a happy boy Christmas morning. He was loving his Christmas jammies from Great Grandma and Grandpa Freeman
All ready for church
The only other thing Santa got Nixon besides the Johnny Jump Up was this sweet dumbell rattle. He likes to suck on it too.
